Website privacy
Understand what this website collects.
This notice covers public website statistics and contact inquiries. Practice records and patient-data handling require separate agreements and operating review.
When you request a conversation
The contact form collects your business contact details, practice, role, approximate request volume and the workflow issue you choose to share. We use these details to review and respond to your inquiry. Please do not include patient names, claim numbers, documents or other patient information.
Your inquiry is stored in a restricted AuthFlow inbox for authorized administrators. It is not published or included in website analytics. Hosting and database providers process the request as part of operating the service.
To ask about your inquiry or request its deletion, contact AuthFlow. Submitting an inquiry does not enroll your practice, create a patient record or start billing.
Plausible website statistics
Plausible receives the public page address and referral website domain, with query strings, page titles and referral paths removed. Your browser also sends its network address and browser information, which Plausible uses for approximate visitor and device statistics. AuthFlow sends no patient information, account identifiers, form content or practice activity.
This tracker creates no analytics cookie or visitor identifier in browser storage. It stores only your opt-out choice if you choose to disable statistics. Read Plausible’s data policy.
Public website collection is enabled in this environment.
Which actions are counted
Alongside page views, the tracker can count four actions: starting the fictional sample, completing it, clicking a pilot contact link and successfully submitting an inquiry. These events contain a fixed action name and public page address or label. They contain no form entries, patient information or account identifiers.
A contact-link click is not a booking, and an inquiry is not a paid pilot. Browser privacy settings may prevent an action from being counted.
Where it runs
The tracker runs only on public pages. It skips signed-in users, the login page, administration pages and practice workspaces. It sends no practice activity to website analytics.
Tracking must be enabled deliberately in the deployment configuration.
Your browser choice
The tracker respects Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control. You can also stop it in this browser below. Visits blocked by browser privacy settings or ad blockers will not appear in the statistics.
