Andrew is a physician assistant with experience in orthopedic surgery. AuthFlow grew from the administrative work around prior authorization: keeping a request current, understanding a determination, and getting the next step to the right person.
The first focus is a shared workspace for California workers’ compensation practices. A small pilot will help shape the workflow around how coordinators, providers and schedulers actually use it.

The planned first cohort is two or three California practices handling one agreed treatment category. We start by understanding the practice’s current process, existing tools and the handoffs that cause extra work.
Evidence before promises
The pilot will measure routine use and staff handling time, including duplicate entry and support. Customer outcomes have not been established yet. Wider integrations and automation will follow only when the work demonstrates a need.
